My heating blanket is not working
Good morning
Can someone please reach out to me into my blanket not working. I've tried different outlets thinking that was the problem.
When I turn it on the lights just flash, no heat at all. I've even tried different setting and still the lights flash. It no longer works.
This is the model number 3281****. Unfortunally I don't have the receipt, It was a gift that I got.

Heating pad not working! Switch has evidently an electronic issue!
King size Sunbeam heating pad Model or ASIN B086MLSPXT suddenly stopped working, purchased Dec 4 2022, I also called customer service this morning, gave my information & was given a ticket no or reference no:4305****
However no one has got back to me, please contact me ASAP as to how to solve this issue, thanks!

Plug cracked
Hi i bought the brown long heating pad not long ago, and the plug at the heating pad the white casing for the plug has the end broken off. This item is not old but now I am afraid to use with this item broken.

Warming blanket
My warming blanket that you guys sent as replacement doesn't work. This is the 6 one of these.
They don't even last 6 months most were only 3. If there was another brand in the same price range I'd be trying it.

Warranty follow up
Sending emails regarding customer service warranty and nobody calls me back or answers my email. Even called customer service and after 10 minutes on hold my call was disconnected.

I placed an order on Sunbeam.ca on Nov 24 2018, since then I have not heard anything back about shipping my order. I was expecting to receive this by today to give as a birthday gift. I'm definitely not happy with your service and lack of communication. I tried several times to contact you about this through the sunbeam website to no luck. At this point my order still shows as processing. I would appreciate a reason for this delay in shipment. If you can't fulfill my order then let me know so I can cancel my order and take my business elsewhere. I expect a full refund if that's the case.

Update: I finally got through to customer service again. This time I was told to wait till my order arrives, then reject/return it, wait till their warehouse processes it so I can get a refund within the next two billing cycles.
I immediately asked to speak to management but no one was available. I'm upset cause this is ridiculous considering that it's not even shipped yet, UPS said only a shipping label has been created.
