Bashed on social media by owner

I had made an appointment for a Sunday at noon, which is when the establishment opens. I was scheduled for microblading. The person never showed for the appointment. No reason or apology. I sat for 30 minutes. The waiting area is horribly tiny with very uncomfortable seating. Also, I discovered I had been totally forgotten about, as a second person was double booked with me. We both left, and I went to Facebook to state what had happened, and that the worker there was unprofessional. The owner then went to her Facebook and bashed me (I found out because mutual people we know told me), calling me a liar. Then her worker went to her Facebook page and talked about how she wanted to get in a physical altercation with “someone”, and that certain people should be purged”. Unprofessional doesn’t even scratch the surface with this place. I’ve never been treated like this by a business.
