Its a gas station, not a bank. They do not haveto take your change for you because you didn't convert it.
A lot of times stores don't take a ton of change. I learned to get it converted to paper bills first.
They are a private company and if they don't want to do your banking for you, then they don't legally have to. Get it together fool.
How much gas were you buying anyway? 1/4 gallon????
