Sams Club - Horrible experience with two resin lounge chase chairs
by paradise924 #1060086
It is with great sadness I am writing this review. Approximately 2 season ago I purchased two chase lounge chairs to place on my pool deck.
Since I purchased them I have had nothing but bad experiences and suffered embarrassment while I had visitors. The two chairs collapse while sitting/laying on them. At first I thought it was the weight so I tried laying on them and the chair collapsed while I was laying on it. I weight approximately 158lbs.
the chairs should be able to hold my weight. While I was very upset I was going to send my first review, however I did not want to write something based on emotion. Although I am still upset because every time I look at the chairs I cannot place on my deck so it feels I wasted 200.00.
I do not want this to happen to everyone else. I have been a Sam's club member for many years and this was the first very bad experience I encountered with a purchase.

Hayneedle - Terrible service
by PissedConsumer910317 #9103171.1
I ordered two Vivere wave loungers in cocoa, and one arrived without any assembly hardware and with a large, very noticeable stain on the fabric. I contacted hayneedle using their customer service form, but two days passed without any response.
So I called the cs number. When I called hayneedle to request the hardware and possibly a replacement lounger...it became a circus of terrible customer service. First they were out of cocoa, but would send me a different color chair at no shipping charge. I explained that I wanted two matching loungers, and would be happy to send both loungers back and accept another color.
"No", the CS rep said, "We will charge you to return the undamaged chair." What? You want me to graciously compromise and accept a color I don't really want, and for me to pay extra for MY inconvenience, because Vivere and hayneedle sent me a damaged chair that can't be assembled? As I stayed calm and courteous on the phone, the hayneedle CS rep actually told me to stop talking. I asked her if I heard what I thought I had just heard and she said it again.
So, I recommend avoiding making any purchases from hayneedle unless you want to risk receiving damage goods or the wrong goods and then be treated like dirt.
Service/Delivery Comments: Stained, damaged lounger with no assembly hardware. No response to written customer service requests. Immature and rude phone customer service reps.
Some of the worst customer service I've encountered. You will receive damaged goods and be told that they can't replace it for you, that they'll replace it with something you don't want, and to contact the manufacturer rather than holding them accountable.
