No they have not replied to me about this matter yet. So yes I would like some assistance with this.

I've called several times to speak with upper management still no response. I strongly feel that sunfresh management.

This is unacceptable to treat any customer in the from that I was treated. There employee tried to steal from me.

No the management team has not contacted me as of yet about the matter that happened on 3/17/2024. And yes I would like to discuss my complaint because it is valid.

There employee causes some manger problems on that day.

I strongly feel that she was trying to scam my banking card. This is not the 1st incident.

Complaint

One of your cashier tried to scam me on 3/17/2024. I need to speak with someone that is over the store for more details.

Etc. I've tried calling to speak with the over head several times since the 17th of this month.

I still have not received a call back as of this day yet. I'm actually on hold now.

They won't wait on white customers. I waited to get meat cut and she started doing cleanup.

I waited for a long time and she finally came over and i explained i needed this ham if u have. She starts slicing and slams on counter the ham she has sliced. I as k her the weight and she said she didn't know. I then asked her the thickness and she walked away.

She then went on break with not only me waiting but also others.. manager was called and still couldn't get what i needed.

Left after almost an hour of waiting. Great customer service.

Tried to get something from the delli with five employees present.

I was standing at the delli counter waiting for some help. While waiting I noticed several of the employees whispering and looking my way.

After a few minutes I noticed all the employee walked way from the delli counter. Are they taking care of only Hispanic customer or can I a Black man get service here? I went to the service desk to ask for help and there I ran into one of the people that was at the delli counter and asked could I get some help or did I need to go to another store.

He said he would help me if I went back to the deli. I went back and waited about 10 more minutes and he never showed up.
