My first experience was horrible. Through a bunch of lengthy maneuvers, it got to the point where they fleeced me out of $50. Read everything closely. Get everything in writing. Horrible boarding experience. Militant, unhappy, bossy, boarding rep. Threatening to take bags from customers in a very aggressive manner due to not enough overhead room. When we boarded the flight there was plenty of room. We overheard they were waiting for a connecting flight but that was never relayed to the paying customers. We will never fly with Sun Country again. Treated as if we were an inconvenience and we were flying for free. Horrible!

Flown tons with SCX. In past 3 months, reserved seats lost, long holds, website always down. It's too bad, nice people but Management has finally lost it.
