The verification was done eventually but now Im having trouble loading sun bingo. I go to the app and for 2 days its just got dots going round and round.Ive turned my phone off and on so many times cancelled the app and reloaded it nothing works and again the number Ive got doesnt work

I locked myself out of my account 6 months ago got told i can access it tiday 12th oct
they could of sorted my account out so i can log in but obviously something wrong on their side as account still locked was supposed to be bk in use by the 12th oct

Yes it's still an issue with sun bingo for me knot only did it take over 24 hours for me to get my winnings last time I won but I withdrew 60 pounds from the sun bingo this morning at 6 18 am and they have done it to me again my winnings still hasn't gon in again what is going on I won it fare and square so what I want to know is why someone has to verify it I take it that's what there doing again because that's what they told me last time we're before this all happened I used to get my winnings within 45 minutes and hour at the very latest I have put alot of money on sun bingo since I joined there quick enough to take my money they should be quick enough to give me my winnings I can't understand why there doing this to me again plz can u sort this out fast as it's knot fare that I have to wait for my winnings for so long when I did win it fare and square I am very upset about this i am clast as disabled and shouldn't be put through this much stress when I win sincerely Mrs maria moffat.

Card verification and the way my whole account is being dealt with
I cannot withdraw because I haven't verified my card ending in 7914, even though I have sent bank statements, Apple Pay visible card due to the lost actual card. The bank replaced this card; the only changes on the card are the expiry date, CCV code, and the last four digits of my card number.

To un lock my bingo account
I clicked on the wrong thing and blocked my account and I won't to take my limits of as well so I can go on it anytime
As I am oap not technically with computer girl on phone very helpful as I was struggling with passeord
No further comment I was very happy when I got logged into sun bingo I used to play sun bingo many years ago then they changed to double bubble then I stopped sun bingo as was very confusing changing to new site sorry you are asking me to do 100 words very frustrating to carry on when said all I have said ok
