Summit Utilities

I've only been with Summit Utility for about 2 months now because of CenterPoint transition

I'm only writing this to put this out there for all to see because I can't understand how these people and be able to sleep at night , And I'm only getting SSI / SSD only.

I can't understand this company , They charged me a month ago for something like $85 worth of heating fuel which I excepted even though it was high because I did use the home heat, water heater, Gas stove and what ever else I can't think of at the present time So it was paid for that month , Before the next month came around I said that I was going to use my space heaters to keep warm and I did it the whole month even though I was freezing my backside off , fingers numb , Nose frozen exc, exc ,

I only turned the gas heater on about four times in the entire month ( one time each ) and then I would turn it off and no more till maybe a couple weeks later and the water heater I only turned on when I needed to shower and then turned it off it was never on during the shower it was always turned off before I even went in to the shower and the water heater was always turned off when I heard it shut off which wasn't long and I would turn the *** back to off position . I use a dishwasher but I don't use gas for washing dishes or anything because my dishwasher heats that up. I only used the gas stove about four times in the whole month

And I was so determined to cut my gas bill down this coming month

and was so proud of myself for doing it with very little gas used So I awaited my upcoming monthly bill with anticipation to see how low it would be

So much for smiling on this bill, Because they just cover it in *** I may as well just lay myself on the ground and have them bare their *** and take a *** on me .

It came out $20 less then the month before and that month I used way more gas then this month . And that month as I stated above was $85 just to round it up and this month I about froze my nuts off just so this company to bend me over a chair and *** me up the *** while I'm praying to god they use lube with a $65 gas bill WTF !

I hate these rich pigs screwing over the little guy when all we are trying to do is live a normal life on our SSI / SSD checks if there is such a thing as normal

I found out about a month after I wrote this review that I was being charged late fees ever since summit took over centerpoint energy

Now of all the years that I have been with centerpoint energy I have always, I mean always paid my bill 3 weeks ahead of the due date. I have it set up through my bank to pay it every month on the 5th

I have been doing this since the year 2007 so how the *** does summit see that I have late fees and they from what I can tell they have been charging me like $20 to $30 and sometimes less I had to really take a look at one of my bills to see what they were doing and they were adding it in in small amounts as if someone wouldn't see it .

*** YOU SUMMIT I still hate you
