Summit Tickets cancellation
I purchase two extra ticket by mistake and I would like to know if its possible to get my money back from that mistake I made. I only meant to buy one but on the website it never told me I purchase two more. Last night I went back to confirm on "My event registration" and it shows me that I bought three, I checked again and it only shows one now, but my bank account it charged me for three still. like I mentioned if it's possible that i can get my money back for two tickets errors ? Sorry for the inconvenience. I will be calling customer service about my mistake to speed up the process if possible. thank you, Ivan Maros 232**** IBO#
