Order late summer 2016, still Nothing ......I have phoned at least 50 times, sent numerous emails only to fail, It goes to show you can't trust any one, any business , any time , any where. I ordered 140.00 worth of different trees in 2016 my order was cancelled last year, i was told that I would have my refund in two weeks . It's now 2017 and i still have not received my money-back . I've called 20 times and if they happen to answer i have been given the run around, i have also sent over 177 email but no refund this company is bad and i would recommend not dealing with them !!

I ordered and paid for dogwood trees. The trees were delivered after an email to the company to get an estimated delivery date. The trees were promptly planted and never did look viable. I returned the trees at my own expense as instructions for replacements indicated. (I have ordered many plants through mail and never had to return the dead plant). I received 7 aronia berry plants last spring and every one of them died.I was able to contact them and they told me they would replace them but the weather was to hot to ship them at the time.I finally got in touch with them in October and they told me my order was being prepared to ship in November.Have not received anything and it is almost Febuary.These people are low life pieces of *** and will scam you.I am going to make one more attempt to... I ordered over 400 apple trees this past spring which cost me more than $ 4200. It was shipped to me but more than half of the trees were completely dried when I got it. I planted the ones which I think has a chance to survive but I returned more than 200 for replacement . A few months later more than 80 of the ones I planted failed to survived. Summer, 2015 I purchased $163.39 worth of plants. Including roses, gladilus, ninjas and sunflower seeds. I never got any confirmation of my order. After countless phone calls, finally I spoke to female stating her name as Ann. She said there are no confirmation on orders. However they would be mailed by March. I spent $80 on plants and only recieved half of my order...what i did receive is dead and i cant get ahold of them to get the rest of my order, let alone the "promise" that is listed everywhere. Very frustrated and annoyed that it has been almost a year with no response or product. Do NOT recommend Summerstone Nursery.

A very few of the plants I received arrived alive and I was told they would be replaced but now I cannot get them on the phone and I am going to call the Tennessee Consumer Affairs Dept to they need to know about this company. They send plants bareroot without any moisture in the packaging even though I requested they do so. Anyone planning to buy from these scam artists should pay attention to all these negative responses, as for the positive, they were probably paid off to give their feedback. I ordered some evergreen strawberry plants, a few Japanese Black Pines, and several other plants totaling around $41. I placed an order with your company back on May 8, 2016. You sent me two dead plants. I mailed them back to the company but never got a refund and never received the free ones. I'm forwarding this letter to the Attorney General office. I want My $51.55 refund.
