I just wanted to find out what's going on.
I checked my banking account and noticed that your company withdrew $49.98 on 10/13/2023 and I don't know anything about this and I would really like someone to get ahold of me about this.
Horrible fraud
Fraud: Made an order. Did not indicate could not return for full credit, due to discount.
Received an email confirmation after placing order of this policy. False Adv. They got my order & funds. I requested cancellation same day before shipping by email, phone message & this review.
No one responding or answering phone. Called Crediting agencies & reporting Fraud.

I was charged twice on my order.
I ask for full refund on all 3 suits because they dont fit. And now they will not not give it.
Well, I paid full price. And Ive tried and tried to get their attention for the site to give me full refund. Website showed the discounted price, but I did not get the discount. And now they wont give me full refund because theyre saying I got the discount and wont refund.
AND they dont give refunds. You have to EXCHANGE ONLY. Its useless. Never shop here!
Theyll take your money. Very disappointed.

It didnt fit. This is the second time I have explained all of this. Obviously a robot is reading it.
When I receive the next suit, and it doesnt fit, I am returning it and I want a refund.
I cant oay $80 for a suit that doesnt fit.

I received a second bathing suit just like the first one. I ordered a bathing suit but I did not receive it.
I thought it must have not gone through.
I ordered another bathing suit which I received Monday and another came today. I just need to return or exchange but I do not have my order number.

Iam not disappointed I explained my discontent is related to the website, I could not place the promo code and I payed more for the dress than I should.
No complaints I want the discount applied to my purchase .I just need someone to look read my complaint and act on it.

I had a return, asked for gift card for return. Summersalt issued it.
I didnt find it in my emails. They reissued it and I got it. And customer service followed up. Great customer service.
I will probably spend the gift card x 2 as the clothes all wonderful. My daughter who are fashion conscious go to their website or catalogue to get their seasonal clothes; I will too
