I placed an order May 19th for swimsuits that said they would ship the week of 6/1. That week went by, and nothing.
I contacted customer service by email and was told there is a delay, it will ship the week of 6/8. That week has come and gone. I contacted again. They then told me it would ship today or the next day.
Those days came and went and they still have not shipped my items! I started looking at their posts and a ton of other customers are also complaining that they have not gotten their orders. This company is absolutely horrible. They have poor practices with little improvement after 3 years of miserably ordering from them.
I cannot recommend more against ordering from them. Buy from anywhere else.

I ordered a swimsuit last summer and sent it back and have a gift card because you don't give refunds. I ordered a new swimsuit intending to use that credit for $71.16.
When I ordered, I didn't see a place to enter the gift card and thought it would show up when placing the order. Of course, it didn't. I ordered it with the speed of lightning. So now I have a credit, a suit I may or may not like, and if I send it back, I will have another credit!
Seems like a scam to me. I am going to stop payment through the credit card company if you don't give me a solution to how you are going to take care of this and report you to the BBB.

- Tracking says DHL doesn't have it and will pass to USPS, and I will hold mail on vacation.
Ordered on a Friday and paid for 2-day express. The website indicated my order would ship the same day.
It did not; I checked on Tuesday, and it still hadn't shipped. I was given a tracking number for DHL that says they don't have it and will give it to USPS to deliver eventually.
I needed express or not at all. I will have to hold my mail to keep it from delivering after I left on vacation.

AND they dont give refunds. You have to EXCHANGE ONLY. Its useless. Never shop here!
