Unprofessional
These breeders were recommended to us through a friend. However, after we paid the deposit, any further communication was sparse at best.
We were constantly having to email them to get any information at all on what was going on. When they changed their fall 2020 plans, we were not told. When we asked what their plans were, we got a vague "hoping for puppies in the spring". After I expressed concern over the lack of communication and asked for further clarification of what "spring" meant, their response was to get angry.
They didn't acknowledge my concerns or answer any of my questions.
Basically just went, "well I guess you're not happy. Bye." I find this to be very childish and unprofessional and would never recommend them to anyone else looking for a family pet.
