I really would like to speak to Son directly. I dont want to write back-and-forth emails this is been going on since the babies one we sent back for monitors and they kept giving us new ones.
It works when its plugged in and then you see no picture you hear sound it works without not without anything and we hear sound. It is horrible. I dont know why we keep getting these dummies, but I really rather speak to somebody because this is not gonna get me nowhere. I dont have receipts I cant find anything.

Baby video monitor
- Bought a Summer Infant monitor at Toys R Us in Parma, OH four months ago.
- Night vision stopped; only a crib outline is visible; model discontinued.
My wife and I bought the summer infant video monitor from the toys r us in Parma ohio 4 months ago. Last month the night vision stopped working.
All you can see is an outline of the crib. I was upset to say the least, we looked it up on the Internet and we came across a ton of complaints. Anyhow, I went into to toys r us and the lady there said sorry to hear that they discontinued that model.
I am now forced to buy a new one 4 months after I bought this. The model # 392****h11.
