I purchased the Summer Fridays Jet Lag mist last week, and Ive noticed that the sprayer suddenly stopped misting properly. Instead of a fine mist, its now shooting out in a strong stream.
Ive tried cleaning the nozzle and resetting the pump, but it hasnt helped. Could you please advise if I can get a replacement sprayer or a new bottle?

Didnt receive merchandise reported to usps and still will not assist me. Very unsatisfied with the customer service no number to actually speak with someone

Item sent to wrong address
I ordered my item but they sent it to the wrong address. I reached out multiple times to have the address changed because they stated I could do so.
The customer service rep Laura was rude and kept stating they could not change the address and cancel the order. So I tried canceling the order and they stated they could not due to the item being shipped.
I reached out so many times and Laura is the rep that I keep getting and she is rude. I had to dispute it with my bank and it is still taking forever for a refund.

Poor customer service
Did not receive package. Was contacted by email and was told what was going to be done resend package although I wouldnt receive it in time for birthday
