I'm leaving this review because I was just looking in my closet fully regretting the winter coat I bought from sumissura three years ago and haven't worn once because it's so *** even on the third attempt! What's the point of sending measurements if they're not going to use them?
The first coat received 1) was ridiculously large in the arm pits and too wide at the waist 2) the seams didn't line up correctly -- especially the armpits, causing one arm to twist 3) didn't match the image: I was very specific about choosing a belt I wanted and the hardware didn't match, so the hardware of the belt didn't match the buttons, which looked stupid. I sent it back.
The second coat barely fit any better, and worse, the button holes were sewn on an angles so the coat didn't even hang correctly. They wanted me to pay for the return and at this point I'd already spent $500 on crap, so there was no way I was going to tolerate that. They said fine, don't return it and they sent another coat...
Honestly at this point it was already the dead of winter, I had to buy a whole different coat (an OTR kate spade, purchased online, that turned out to be perfect). I was so massively regretting ever buying this dumb sumissura coat that -- by the time the third and final coat arrived, still shaped like a cube with a removable hood didn't hang correctly -- I was just like: *** it. I let them know how miserable the whole experience was and that every step was a draining disappointment. But I was clearly not going to be refunded, so that was just the end of it. A colossal waste of time and energy.
I donated the second coat -- it was at least good fabric, and warm -- and I kept the third coat, which just hangs in my closet, filling me with rage every time I see it. Maybe I'll wear it some time if I have to go outside to do messy winter yard work or something and don't want to ruin my nicer (far more affordable!) off-the-rack coat.
It's too bad the local person I buy custom clothes from occasionally didn't feel comfortable taking on an outerwear project (her specialization is dresses, mostly formal) - I think she would have done a wonderful job. I have basic sewing skills and I'm absolutely certain I would have done a far better job than Sumissura.
tl;dr: Sumissura sucks. Don't waste your time or money!

Your delivery is late (ordered 29/April/2023!!!), no reason why, automatic messages useless and you unfindable.
While your mails are frequent to advertise, you become invisible when paied orders give troubles to customers.
Please write back to me and give me a reliable email contact (NO AI please).
And do explain to me why your delivery is still in Spain (apparently) while it was "shipped" a while a go, and still not delivered. No "delays" towards Italy are plausible.
I hope you will deliver soon, and that the quality is good enough, after all this.
So instead of trust pilot surveys (before delivering!) you should care more about your customers and be available to them.

I placed an order on May 16th, 2022 and could not open a support ticket through the normal means because the ability to do so was removed 30 days after the order was placed even though the order took significantly longer than 30 days to be delivered to me (see image below). This is clearly a means to silence consumers and provide no avenue for recourse despite what anyone's circumstances may be.
The $170 skirt immediately did not fit me.
However, I figured I would go to a local tailor and leave Sumissura out of the process, since already they recommend that and it was going to cost me additional money anyways.
Due to the significant delay of the skirt's arrival it came at a time that I was then then traveling for a couple of months. I wish I could provide a screenshot or proof of this! In any case, because I was traveling it took me awhile to be able to follow-up with a local tailor.
Today though, I just got back from a local tailor and the tailor said the skirt was so significantly not the correct size that he could not alter it at all to be the correct size. The tailor actually laughed at how poorly it was made, exclaiming "it's a complete circle!" Notice how the skirt falls so low it is essentially to my ankles even though this was supposed to be a high-waisted skirt!

Blazer does not fit, no refund & no replacement

Can easily buy something in town custom made that fits with no run around and zero customer service or accountability for poor workmanship that you pay top dollar for. Do not waste your money.

I received my order, and both dresses not only didn't fit, but they were also astronomically big based on the measurements I supplied. The 3/4 length sleeves went past my fingertips.
I attempted to open a ticket to return the items but there is no means to do so on the site. I followed the instructions, which send you to the order page, and there is supposed to be an option to open a support ticket, but the only option is "contact us" which returns you to the instructions page. The chatbot does the same.
There seems to be literally no means to contact this company. I will use my credit card company to dispute the order.

Really bad fit

I ordered custom trousers because I absolutely could not find anything in the stores that fit me. Everything is too long in the torso, ie waistband to crotch, so the crotch of the pants are usually halfway to my knees.
And there are no dress pants in stores, only leggings that are tight around the knees. So I thought ordering what I wanted, custom made, would solve my problem. WRONG.
What I got was an even worse fit than anything I could find in the stores. I sent it back, and they requested pictures and even more detailed measurements, which I sent, and what I got back was even worse again.
I am not prepared to pay again to ship them back with no guarantee it'll be any better, so I'm cutting my losses and giving the pants away to a thrift store, as I absolutely can't wear them - they look just awful.
I'm not a large or unusually shaped individual so I have no idea why I can't find pants that fit, but Sumissura is not the answer to this problem. I basically threw away $200.

I requested a cancellation and refund but told this was not possible as it was greater than 24hrs from my order. The reason which is the reason they were unable to proceed with my order would have been know at the time and should have been disclosed to allow me to cancel. It's over a month now and still no meaningful progress other than an offer of a 25% discount on a future order. Condescending customer support.

I received an email from the company on 8/3/21, advising me to mail the clothing items back to them for a remake. I mailed the items on 8/6/21 as directed.
On 8/29/21, I received an email from the company advising that they were closing my support ticket. To date, I have not received the clothing items ordered nor a refund.
I am extremely frustrated with Sumissura. Buyer beware!
