why don't you put this email on your complaints/contacts/faq page?
Your delivery is late (ordered 29/April/2023!!!), no reason why, automatic messages useless and you unfindable.
While your mails are frequent to advertise, you become invisible when paied orders give troubles to customers.
Please write back to me and give me a reliable email contact (NO AI please).
And do explain to me why your delivery is still in Spain (apparently) while it was "shipped" a while a go, and still not delivered. No "delays" towards Italy are plausible.
I hope you will deliver soon, and that the quality is good enough, after all this.
So instead of trust pilot surveys (before delivering!) you should care more about your customers and be available to them.

I placed an order on May 16th, 2022 and could not open a support ticket through the normal means because the ability to do so was removed 30 days after the order was placed even though the order took significantly longer than 30 days to be delivered to me (see image below). This is clearly a means to silence consumers and provide no avenue for recourse despite what anyone's circumstances may be.
The $170 skirt immediately did not fit me.
However, I figured I would go to a local tailor and leave Sumissura out of the process, since already they recommend that and it was going to cost me additional money anyways.
Due to the significant delay of the skirt's arrival it came at a time that I was then then traveling for a couple of months. I wish I could provide a screenshot or proof of this! In any case, because I was traveling it took me awhile to be able to follow-up with a local tailor.
Today though, I just got back from a local tailor and the tailor said the skirt was so significantly not the correct size that he could not alter it at all to be the correct size. The tailor actually laughed at how poorly it was made, exclaiming "it's a complete circle!" Notice how the skirt falls so low it is essentially to my ankles even though this was supposed to be a high-waisted skirt!

Blazer does not fit, no refund & no replacement
Would not order a thing from here. Items sent wrong sizes, same exact item one fits one does not.
Want a credit or new one, still trying since 11/22. Now they want it sent back and I pay for shipping after photos, measuring etc. I am easily out $500.
Can easily buy something in town custom made that fits with no run around and zero customer service or accountability for poor workmanship that you pay top dollar for. Do not waste your money.

I received my order, and both dresses not only didn't fit, but they were also astronomically big based on the measurements I supplied. The 3/4 length sleeves went past my fingertips.
I attempted to open a ticket to return the items but there is no means to do so on the site. I followed the instructions, which send you to the order page, and there is supposed to be an option to open a support ticket, but the only option is "contact us" which returns you to the instructions page. The chatbot does the same.
There seems to be literally no means to contact this company. I will use my credit card company to dispute the order.

Really bad fit
I ordered custom trousers because I absolutely could not find anything in the stores that fit me. Everything is too long in the torso, ie waistband to crotch, so the crotch of the pants are usually halfway to my knees.
And there are no dress pants in stores, only leggings that are tight around the knees. So I thought ordering what I wanted, custom made, would solve my problem. WRONG.
What I got was an even worse fit than anything I could find in the stores. I sent it back, and they requested pictures and even more detailed measurements, which I sent, and what I got back was even worse again.
I am not prepared to pay again to ship them back with no guarantee it'll be any better, so I'm cutting my losses and giving the pants away to a thrift store, as I absolutely can't wear them - they look just awful.
I'm not a large or unusually shaped individual so I have no idea why I can't find pants that fit, but Sumissura is not the answer to this problem. I basically threw away $200.

Ordered A$620 clothes and order was confirmed with estimated 2 weeks delivery. 2.5 weeks later advised supply chain and logistics order meant unable to provide an estimated delivery window.
I requested a cancellation and refund but told this was not possible as it was greater than 24hrs from my order. The reason which is the reason they were unable to proceed with my order would have been know at the time and should have been disclosed to allow me to cancel. It's over a month now and still no meaningful progress other than an offer of a 25% discount on a future order. Condescending customer support.
No complaint escalation process. Limited access to consumer protections due to the parent companies jurisdiction.

Horrible Customer Exeperince
I received an email from the company on 8/3/21, advising me to mail the clothing items back to them for a remake. I mailed the items on 8/6/21 as directed.
On 8/29/21, I received an email from the company advising that they were closing my support ticket. To date, I have not received the clothing items ordered nor a refund.
I am extremely frustrated with Sumissura. Buyer beware!
I ordered 2 dresses and a suit from Sumissura. It took more than 30 days to receive the items.
When I received the items, they were 3 times my size and the fabric quality was poor. I tried to submit a support ticket and was advised it was too late.

Items Not Received
My order from Sumissura was expected by May 21, 2021, but it's been over a week and the items have not yet arrived. The frustrating problem is I am unable to contact the company to talk to someone.
Tracking the items is completely unhelpful. For this reason, do not order from them.

I been ill and want a refund or a smaller suit please help me. I tried to have it altered and was told $300. Please contact me asap

Not as represented
Ordered custom blazer. Paid for upgrade.
The blazer was not the same style or the measurements I supplied. The back has a huge hump of material.
Immediately contacted Sumissura when I received the order.
Did not need to try it on to see I was deceived.
I attached the custom fit preview along with the unconstructed blazer I received. The company kept my money and did not take responsibility.
