Bad service/Discrimination

I went into one of my favorite wind down restaurants after work around happy hour , sat the bar for about 10 min before getting serviced nor noticed. Bar tender Chris walked passed me 3X went on his phone texting , had something to drink and cater to those around me before us locking in eye contact. He approached me what can I get for you I replied the blue berry lemon drop please still assisting to add to the drink he walks away. Drinks comes I said hey I dont remember the drink looking like this he said its always been just changed the sugar rim. Have you been here before he asked I just looked no reply I said sorry I just dont remember he then said its only $7 just drink it. Soon as I was about to order oysters he was about to walk away I said I want to order food he said go head I ordered the food. He walks away I taste the drink and indeed did not even taste the same. No how is it nothing. A lady walks in he was hi how are you let me give you paper menus its happy hour I looked and just went to the hostess to remove myself I was in shocked I did not receive the same compassion or welcome treatment from Chris when spending my money with this company. Its sucks I love this place and I wont be back if hes working ever again. I felt very invisible

User's recommendation: Once you get the cold shoulder it’s best you find another place to eat. It will not become better.

I am requesting to speak with a regional manager to please contact me with a telephone call. Please ask a regional manager to contact me by telephone to speak with me regarding a serious problem which occurred on a take out order on April 5, 2022. I attempted to call to speak with the manager today, April 6, 2022 to no avail.

I am requesting to speak with a regional manager in order to make him/her aware of a serious customer relations problem which was handled unreasonably to an extreme, as well as receiving an apology.

More concerned about being angry than anything else

Was told by the broiler chef that I was " Lookin at him weird or something". This is how I was greeted when.i.came to.apply.for a job . I mentioned this to the chef during the interview and the chef accually stood up this cooks bizzare behavior. This restaurant.doesnt want help, it wants to start trouble. Complete shock, I've never encountered.anythungnof the sort in.forty.years of restaurant.work.

Gift card service

worst service ever. You cannot get anyone to speak with you about a major issue. It has to do with Sullivans gift cards.

Reservation are a joke @ Sullivan's Naperville, IL

Made 7:15 reservation. Restaurant called to confirm time. We sat down @ 8:00. We were told on leaving that....:"if you want to eat @ 7:15 make your reservation @ 6:45 "- by a hostess. This place is an overpriced joke. Service by waitress was slow and inattentive. Managers running around acting important and nothing getting done or customers being served. Every reservation was late; Everyone was quietly upset but the restaurant did nothing for its customers. The least that they could have done was call us prior to our time and let us know that there would be a wait. I guess courtesy and common sense don't matter when you're this self important and arrogant.
