It’s 89.99 for 5 random premium tees which I bought 2 sets of 5 random tees so 89.99 each. I also bought a 25 dollar torn serpent premium tee. A 25% dollar discount on all tees the day I bought these Items.89.99 plus 89.99 plus 25 =204.98 applying the 25 percent discount to the 204.98 Is 51.24 making the total 153.74 which meet the 150 dollar mark for the free tumbler has been met.

Horrible customer service doesn’t even know there own prices or there own discounts and how there applied.

They stated in an auto-generated email that they will respond the next business day. I bought 201 items.

Their promo was, 'Spend 125 and get some free stickers and at 150 get a free 40-ounce tumbler.' When I reached the 125 dollar amount, the stickers showed up in the cart automatically, free of charge. When I reached 150 dollars, the tumbler showed up automatically but charged me 35 dollars. I didn't notice it charged me for the tumbler.

I brought this to customer service's attention and have been ignored for 5 business days. I sent them a lot of proof showing why I feel I should get the tumbler for free, but I'm just being ignored.

Ive sent you guys multiple emails back-and-forth. I buy a lot of product from you guys.

I got a hoodie for the first time zip up and the zipper showed up damage. Havent washed it havent done anything taken stupid *** pictures just like you asked me to email you guys back-and-forth back-and-forth how do I get a new hoodie? Thats a simple question. Try to reach out to your customer service.

Well thats broken too.

What do I need to do to get a new hoodie? Its absolutely insane.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund.

I ordered about 15 shirts overall. Three or four of them came back with ripped and pulled threads around the armpit area.

I tried to contact customer service. I tried to call customer service and tried to email customer service, but it took a few days. I received an email requiring pictures. I sent the pictures but got no response.

I can't get hold of a human. I can't get someone on the phone and I can't get a response from the company. I wouldn't order anything from this company. What you get, is what you get, and that's it.

There's nothing you could do about it. There's no recourse and any kind of return.

You have to pay the shipping back regardless, whether it’s a manufacturer defect or not. I would not purchase again.

I ordered a xl shirt for my husband and when I pushed to confirm , it was to late. I emailed customer service and they responded right away.

They changed the address correctly, I was pleased and thought I was going to get my husband shirt. When I received it it was a wrong order. I had 3 shirts and all the size large. I emailed some guy named Derrick, and showed him the pictures of shirts and receipts.

He said he was going to fix it and send me a Xl shirt.He never said he would send me a shipping label to send back the shirts that were wrong, so I figured I will pay for it myself, since he was going to fix the problem.I sent the 3 shirts back and waited for my XL shirt. Received it on Jan.27, 2023, and when I open it. It was wrong again. Very disappointed and so was my husband.

He wanted this shirt for his birthday on Monday.He is a big fan of Sullen shirts and buys at least 6 shirts a month.

Anyways we were disappointed on the wrong size again.We will never order online again, and this was our first time. Normally we go to the stores to buy the Sullen shirts.Customer service was no help online but I know we will just continue to buy at retail stores.

Backpack I bought

Backpack for $200 every single thing on it ripped the zippers the side of the bag the bottom of the bag I got in contact with them. They said my warranty was over and to take it to a seamstress.

They didnt even offer me a discount to get another bag they didnt even try to do anything to help me but said oops the warranty is over sorry cant help you take it to a seamstress and when you buy clothes from them and put them in the dryer they shrink, so do not buy anything from this place because they use cheap quality to make their stuff and they charge way way too much money for it. Its a rip off I would stay away from them from them

Im beyond angry at this point I placed my order a week ago and still havent received a email saying it has been shipped and your company has no way to speak to a agent for customer service!! I want my products or refund my money but a week turn around for shipping is freaking ridiculous! I want a answer or phone call today!

My complaint is I have not received part of m order from the 6 month shirt subscription. I got the November order but never received the December or January order yet I've contacted sullen clothing and they told me it would be coming on the next part.

But I haven't heard back from them when this will ship. The order number is SUL184661.
