Sule's Collision Center - Do Not Use

When I picked up my 2011 Corolla at Sule's Collision Center I initially saw my car from the front view in Sule's lot. It appeared that everything looked great so I signed-off the check and took my car home. After dinner both my husband and I then when out to inspect all of the repair work that Sule's Collision Center did and found that the following discrepancies: * the bumper was not put on correctly; * the clip on the driver's side fender well was not clipped in place; * the lower grill was not connected on the bottom at all; * there was a gap between the bumper and headlamp on the passenger's side; * the bumper was misaligned on the passenger's side around the wheel well; * the paint on the bumper was still "tacky; * And there is a "glob" of paint on the passenger's side rocker panel. Aside from all of this one of the repair personnel at Sule's attempted to punch out a slight dent in my rear quarter panel which now looks worse than the original slight dent. This had nothing to do with this claim and I NEVER gave this collision center permission to repair this slight dent which is now very noticeable. When I asked Mr. Sule why his personnel went into my trunk and attempted to repair this dent, Mr. Sule denied that he or his personnel ever did this additional damage to my vehicle. It is apparent that Mr. Sule does not know what work is being completed by his staff. When I contacted my adjuster, he agreed that Sule's did not finish the job and that the car should have not been released to me in this unfinished condition. My auto agency requires that I needed to take the car back to Sule's to have them finish the job and that they guarantee their work, but since Sule's did additional damage to my car I refused to take it back there for re-work. I choose to have the work repaired at my auto dealer where I purchased my car and to pay out-of-pocket. When the professionals at Bennett Collision Center removed my bumper cover and the headlight, they had to replace & readjust all of the headlight mounting hardware, reinstall and aim the headlight, realign the upper support on the right fender, reinstall the bumper cover and reinstall the grill assembly correctly. What a big differnce between the two collision centers. Bottom line - do not take you vehicle to Sule's Collision Center for any reason - you will be sorry!
