Next day delivery not received

Dear Suit Direct Customer Service,

I am writing to raise a serious complaint regarding my recent order placed with next-day delivery. Despite paying for this service, the parcel was not delivered on time, and the handling of this situation has been unacceptable on multiple levels.

For two consecutive days, your courier partner EVRI falsely reported failed delivery attempts, uploading photos of a completely different property and claiming they were unable to deliver the parcel.

No delivery attempt was actually made to our address. Then, on Sunday morning, the parcel was finally brought to us.

When I asked the delivery driver to explain what had happened, I was shocked by his response. He admitted that management had instructed them to falsify delivery attempts because they did not have the parcel in their possession. This amounts to deliberate misinformation.

To make matters worse, the delivery driver became aggressive and shouted during the interaction, displaying extremely unprofessional behavior that was both distressing and unacceptable.

At no stage were we given accurate updates or informed of any issues with the delivery.

The lack of communication and transparency forced us to scramble at the last minute to find an alternative suit for a very special occasionmy sons 18th birthday. What should have been a memorable and joyous event was marred by stress and inconvenience caused by this failed service.

I expect a full explanation, a formal apology, and appropriate compensation for the failed next-day delivery, the emotional distress, and the time lost due to your team and couriers handling of this matter.

Please escalate this complaint and respond urgently.

Not happy with the customer service. Ordered wrong size by mistake, immediately tried to rectify or cancel but couldnt. E mailed customer service straight away but they said it was already ready for shipping which was next to impossible

I contacted the company and they ignored me

I have had a parcel that has not been delivered for 3 months. The order reference is SD708789.

I have contacted Evri customer support on multiple occasions and although they claimed to resolve it, they never did.

I attempted to make yet another inquiry with Evri today and my order seems to have disappeared off the face of the Earth for them so the only way my order can be rectified is by a full refund by either Suit direct or Evri. I have every single email sent to me from order confirmations to Evri inquirys and I will take this further if not resolved.
