I called because I had returned my
Sugar Wise bottles, unopened, on November 3, 2025. It has been 17 business days and my refund has
not been returned to my credit card.
Your customer service representative assured me that I would receive my refund of $219.54 within 2-3 business days. I will be extremely pleased when this happens.

Canellation policy
Sugarwish suggested that cancellation is in form of promo code for
a futher puchase. I insisted on cancellation of payment.
They said
they would have to put in request for that. Likely won't see it.
