They told me my order was delivered in Idaho but I live in Ohio. Now they will not respond to my emails, refund my money or re-ship.
And their phone number doesn't work. A TOTAL RIP OFF!!!

Never received my order
I purchased a pair of shoes thru the online site Sugarways.com. On April 30, 2020 they withdrew funds for the purchase price of $62.79.
On May 9, 2020 I receive a notification via text that my order has been shipped. SHIPPED-MAY 9. It is now July 2, and I do not have my shoes. I have sent 2 emails to the company concerning my issue and their response is There is a pandemic.
I know there is a pandemic!!! I Have purchased several items thru several different sites for the past 3 months. With delivery service provided by UPS, DHL, USPS and FedEx. Not ONE of my deliveries even a day late.
I have ordered items across the board. Bedroom/living room furniture to garbage bags. Not one was late. In addition their Track Your Order service on their website does not work.
(It will ask for my email but never allows me to enter my tracking number. )
