Can't seem to get anyone to speak to regarding missing items in my order

I've contacted Studio regarding two missing items in my order, but have been dismissed by a virtual assistant and web chat, with a promise that someone will email me. It's a disgrace that there is no real way of contacting a human within Studio.

It's as if they are hiding from customer complaints. I then tried to email them. Just as I was about to send the email, a robot verification appeared and the email wasn't sent because my verification was denied.

It's a joke and a terrible way to run a company. Be careful, they'll take your money, but if there is an issue, watch out, because you can't actually get it resolved.
