Suburban Propane price gouging!!!! I had gas from two other companies very recently at 1.39 and 1.59. Suburban hit me for 3.299. The worst customer service. A bunch of liars. Office personnel manipulate the computers to change what actually acures. Then they want to charge you more money for faster delivery. They suck. Can't wait to have them pull the tank. So I can change customers.

Had filled up the tank nearly $400 worth of fuel I only wanted the minimum as the house was for sale but the driver filled it all the way up by mistake so it cost me $389. and 1 month later moved. The tank was still full as it was only used for cooking. Suburban propane refused to give me a refund for the remaining fuel. They are thieves in my opinion. Terrible company.

Highly overpriced! Charge a ridiculous tank rental fee. Charge to pick up tanks when u no longer can stand to deal with them and then tell u the balance of your yearly rental is non-refundable. Can't remember ever dealing with a company like this. So frustrating.
