Its rediculous. Three different mechanics have all said how this year for jeep was terrible. Why wouldnt you pull them off the market then!!!! instead of taking advantage of the cutomer.

I cant even sell this piece of garbage casue i still owe money and cant afford to pay that and another car payment!!!!!! The dealership is trash and new they were selling this to a customer with a bad heater core. And now were stuck with a vehicle that will always have this problem. Its *** and needs to be taken care of!!

WOW, today is March 22, 2018. We finally got a call from the collision center that the Jeep was ready.

We went to pick up the car, all the repairs from the accident look good. When we got into the car to drive away, I was amazed, when I look up to start driving, the windshield was crack, this wasn't there from the original accident.

Also, the passenger seat belt was not working as before, and in top of all, the front bumper was scratch, keep in mind that this front bumper is only a year old the we replaced. They are going to fix/replaced everything and we should get our Jeep by Monday afternoon as per my conversation with the Service Director of Collision for the company in the main office in Troy Michigan, Jim Grove.

Original review Feb 28, 2018

On Saturday, January 27th, 2018 my husband was hit on the passenger site of our Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo, by an elderly lady that was coming out of a car wash and hit the gasoline pedal instead of the breaks. Our insurance company, Citizens Insurance Co.

of Midwest, was called from the accident location and per their center a tow truck was called by them and directed them to deliver the Jeep the collision center that they deal with. On January 31st we received the estimate records for repairs that were written by Ken Nowak from, the total estimated cost at that time was $6320.38 wish was approved by Citizens Ins. On February 9th I called for updates on the repairs, I left a voice mail, I received a call back on 2/13/18 with updates and stating that they needed more time because they found out more damages after the doors were taking off. On February 19, I received another all from the collision center stating that they needed more time, a week and a half to complete the repairs.

As of February 27 we haven't received any updates and we decided to drive to the collision center to find out, face to face, more information. WOW, we are glad that we went, because Woody, the person that we are dealing with, let us know that the Jeep may not be repair for 3 more weeks. We were furious, he stated that the reason they are behind is that they only have one "tech" and all the jobs are behind. Keep in mind that our 30 days rental car was up the next day, because we were very upset, they provided us with a loaner car.

Because all of these, we contacted our insurance company and 30 days later we find out that the car was at "wrong" location, that this locations wasn't one of their preferred location and because my husband authorized that payment has been started to the collision center. Unfortunately, all this time, we thought that the Jeep was at the correct location and now the Insurance Company is putting the "fault" on us. We try to have the Jeep transferred to the correct collision center but per insurance company it is too late to transfer. At Suburban, we asked for a high up manager and we were given a business car with the name of Nik Mosyjowsky - Collision Center Estimator and not a higher up manager for the company.

As of today, they still need to remove the passenger door frames to install a new frame and then able to put the Jeep back together. I think that at this time, we should get legal advised, which I can have for free because the company that I work for it.
