Justin Tabb is the founder of the ICO Substratum. According to multiple employees who work at the company, Justin Tabb created the ICO to scam investors and flee to another country after cashing out, robbing every investor who participated in the ICO.
There is no working product and no plans of developing one. I have proof of all of this and also have proof of Tabb's intent to scam investors. Substratum is currently being investigated by the FBI, DOJ and SEC. Justin Tabb will be behind bars soon.
He's already a convicted felon.
He's been to prison numerous times for aggravated assault, theft and drugs. Tabb has always been a scammer, thief and liar.
For anyone reading this, stay away from Justin Tabb with a 10 feet pole.
