I cant bundle on the website and my account was not updated when I renewed things in the spring. No one answers.
After21 minutes on hold it tells you that they are not available.
This happens with every call on hold. How can I order if the bundles dont work, the prices change on every screen a, your account is not updated and you cant get help.

Charge to my debit card

On 3/22.23, a charge was made to my Debit Card in the amount of $11.50 I've had my card compromised and am checking on several charges. Several have already turned out to be fraudulent.
I reached out to Subscription Addiction for information on the charge since I did not remember making a purchase from them. I was told that it was for a gift subscription magazine which was scheduled to begin in June or July- that's quite a long wait.

I have a multi-year subscription, and have yet to receive a copy.
According to the Economist they have not received the money for the current subscription although they do have the money for one starting in 2025. I have to deal with SA to get subscription dates moved up, but not only do they not answer the phone, they don't answer e-mails in a very timely manner.
User's recommendation: Bite the bullet and pay the magazine's own price. It may be a lot more, but at least there's a good chance you'll actually receive the magazine!

Never received my magazine and never received a refund. and, they dont answer the phone when you call to inquire

These people are ridiculous!
- Subscription was a gift.
- I paid with AmEx and have not received magazines by Feb 7.
- The start date is Feb 20-Mar 20.
- Website uses email; no phone.
I purchased a magazine subscription to use as a Christmas gift in late December. I paid for it with my American Express.
The recipient has not received any magazines as of February 7. I checked the website to inquire but there is no telephone # shown. You have to use an email form.
I checked my receipt and noticed it did say the subscription would start sometime between February 20 and March 20. My fault for not noticing this.
So, in the 21st century where people have a frigging computer in their pocket, it takes 3 months to get a magazine subscription started. REALLY?!
If you use this web site just make sure you are aware it takes 3 freaking months to get a subscription going.
This would not have been acceptable in the 1950s much less in 2019. I will NEVER USE THESE PEOPLE AGAIN!!!!
