- I can still comment, like, and DM others.
- The support line goes to Washington DC and hangs up.
1st year I joined they responded to emails but since then messages have gone unanswered. Thinking it some semi scam site now.
They don't let you know if anything is wrong with your account and you can't get a hold of them. The phone number(s) are phoney.
So something is wrong with my subscribestar. For some reason, I can't post, edit, or delete anything anymore.
I can still comment, like, and DM people. I didn't get any message about something being wrong or anything.
I've not heard back about it, so I tried calling the support number, and the number goes to Washington DC. Someone picks up and hangs up to end the call before I can say anything.

I have been trying to get my subscribestar account reviewed for over 2 years. I've seen other accounts get reviewed in less than a month.
WHY DOES IT TAKE YEARS TO GET APPROVAL?

- Have no customer support

- Authenticator caused email alerts; removal solved the issue.
- Support was fast and helpful; billing was fine and locked content was resolved.
the 2-point authenticator had an issue with my email not sending notifications but when the support team removed it temporarily the problem was solved
they responded fast and were very helpful with the issue at hand and the problem was solved on the spot.
I had no issues getting billed for the support I gave to the content creator but couldn't see his locked content but it was resolved
User's recommendation: i think the company is willing to help any problematic situation that may arise and help the customer at least from my experience
