Cancel something I didn't order
I was notified by People magazine that sub co ordered magazines for me that I did not request. I have never ordered a magazine before.
I attempted to call them and it was absolutely no help.
It was a phone tree with no options to talk to a real person and no options to figure out how my name even got added in the first place. Very unhappy.
Preferred solution: Never Use My Name Again
