Subaru Mistake landed me in REPO

I am getting Repossession letters in the mail due to the fact that thirty-four (34) days after a finalized purchase on my vehicle no one did anything on this transaction to formalize the fact of it.

My 2017 Crosstrek was a lease with JPMorgan and ended up being a purchase through Subaru, Santa Monica on Aug. 14th, 2020.

However, Subaru Santa Monica never did any paperwork, and never returned my calls even though over the last month I have left several VM messages.

I never received a single call from Subaru to help them fix their mistake that cost me. Each time I called no one knew anything, and I was always put through to an undefined voicemail.

Now I am in a Repo status.

After having my car painted brand new I went to Subaru Wangara to have a service done the only people that had my car the entire day was them when I brought the car home I have noticed there some scratches on the underside of the front bumper and on the front of the bumper after discussing it with them date that accept no responsibility and pretty much called me a liar according to the policy not very happy they didn't even check the cameras to see if I'm telling the truth and just brushed me off by calling me a liar brushed me off. Pissed customer right here...
