My last lease payment (to Mercedes Benz Finance) was to have been made by Subaru of Glendale. It apparently was not and I am now being threatened with collection. This dealer has ignored my emails, voicemails and my mail (sent to the same address on my Subaru contract) was returned"Return to Sender; Forward time expired." If this is not handled within 48 hours I will contact the Better Business Bureau and I will post a scathing review on social media. The minute that I took possession of my 2019 Subaru Outback (which I love), all customer service ceased. These people should not be able to deal with the public.
