Does this look good to anyone? The workmanship and mechanics are unacceptable, with everyone charging extremely high prices.

Price gouging and inflation here are beyond ridiculous. Leaving expired wires and failing to return panels that belong in the car is incompetence, negligence, and deeply frustrating. Exposed wires, crooked panels, and even a wire stuck behind the hood button this is not how I handed over my car, but its how it was returned. Every time we bring it here, it comes back worse, with new issues we never had before.

I waste gas, time, and money. Whenever we contact them, they fix one thing but ruin or damage much more: missing or crooked panels, scratches that weren't there, chemical stains after washing the car we never agreed to. I take meticulous care of my car, so seeing these things angers me. I take pride in my vehicle, but the mechanics here clearly do not.

How much money can one place take while only adding damage and cost?

Overcharging and inflated prices are constant. Something as simple as a carbon filter change, which I do myself in five minutes for far less, is quoted here at rates far above what most mechanics charge, more than double if not triple the cost. Who decides how much to gouge the customer and mislead them? This dealerships labor costs are higher than what any reasonable, common sense auto repair shop, serve center would charge.

This isn't some random mechanic, its supposed to be a Subaru dealership, with certified mechanics, specializing in Subarus.

Instead, they specialize in destroying cars, stealing money, and giving excuses. Honest, trustworthy mechanics seem nonexistent. They're unreliable, not trustworthy, and only want more money for doing no work. This is unacceptable on every level.

If the car needs something, we debate going because they charge heavily but the work is clearly not done. You pay hundreds or thousands for jobs they claim are complete but aren't. They may think customers wont notice, but I do.

The incompetence and negligence are infuriating. Who takes apart a major piece and doesn't put it back?

That's not forgetfulness, its stupidity, negligence, and carelessness. I've had small parts left out before, but this is unbelievable. Another example: with my rear camera, they removed the lid panel, told me the camera was fine, but it wasn't. I could only see half the bumper, making parking misaligned.

The lid was completely off, never replaced. In June, someone even unplugged the dash cam for no reason, leaving greasy fingerprints. Unless they have something to hide, that should never have been touched, its for my protection while driving. Yet again, they failed to put things back properly.

Time and time again, this dealership proves the point: they damage cars, overcharge, and show no care for customers.

Battery acid everywhere. After paying nearly $2,000, the car wouldn't even start when I picked it up, they said it was all good. I had to buy a new battery. The list of issues goes on, they also don't even clean up the messes they create.

We've sent photos and, as of today, are still waiting to hear from them.

Lets see what excuse they come up with next, and also if they will be charging us for parts never put back into the vehicle or if the panel was put into a different car.

We understand dealership handles a large number of cars daily, and some require more extensive work. But miscommunication between mechanics, technicians, and sales reps should never affect the outcome. They need to own their mistakes, be held accountable, and create better plans or solutions so customers dont lose their property.

Every part must be tracked and returned to the correct vehicle, no matter how many people handle it. No more excusesonly solutions.

Pros:
  • Know how to make excuses
Cons:
  • Damage everything they touch and return car worse

Preferred solution: Return the missing panel, fix the crooked hood button, realign everything under the steering wheel, and free the dash cam wire.
