Warranty complaint
Randomly my car starts acting up. The wont go into gear.
I tow my car to Subaru of clear lake. Houston tx. They disassbled my car into peices only telling me after the fact that my clutch/transmission would not be covered due to a short shifter when they couldve told me before they began work. I feel i was pressured into a paying 10 thousand dollar bill, after declining i was told after i owed the 600$ for them "tearing down my car" .
My beloved 2017 subaru wrx has been sitting in my driveway for 18 months cause i cant afford the repair. My cosigner has been paying the note because i have no transportation to work.
The highest rated indepent subaru shop told me to contact you because that service is unacceptable and you should cover it instead of me paying a shop 3500$. If you dont fix it i will never buy a subaru again and i will report my story.
