Dealer and subaru customer service not helpful

When I bought the car, the dealer used my old address according to him taxes would be cheaper since I had just moved from Miami, Fl 33185 to Valrico, Fl 33594. Because of that I never received title or registration or the company acknowledgement of the Maintenance Agreement for which I paid when I bought the car. Also the dealer charged me $399.99 for the electronic registration fee when the sticker said in Black and white that it would be $199.99. I send a letter to the company headquarters add that was in the copy of the security agreement I received, since I received no answer I call them at 800-32-****. I was told the address on the agreement given to me by the dealer of P O Box 6000, Cherry Hill Nj 08034 was an old address that it should be P O Box 9103 Camden, NJ 08801. I am recently widowed and that is the reason I moved, this is my first Subaru but I am really sorry I bought it, this has been a fiasco since the beginning and it seems there is no end. The dealer was aware and had my correct address I think he took advantage of me.

Be charged the amt stipulated of at least $199.99 even thought the actual cost was $77.75, I was told I would be mailed the difference from the $399.99 I was charged. Also to be issue the Maintenance Agreement from the company, I paid $581.00
