AI Highlights
  • On 1/9/20 I had a 12K service.
  • Oil was overfilled about 1 inch.
  • No tire rotation was done.
  • Rotation at 6K was noted.
  • I will not return.

Went here on 1/09/20 for 12K mi. Service.

Asked serv rep to tell serv tech not to overfill oil like last time. Was over filled 1” above full mark on dip stick and no tire rotation. Serv rep said he didn’t know what marks I was talking about. Serv rep said it was Subaru policy not to rotate if tires were wearing evenly, yet they rotated them at 6K mi.

PURPOSE OF ROTATION IS TO KEEP WEAR EVEN. OVER FULL OIL BLOWS SEALS AND GASKETS!!!!

Will not go back! My bad attitude was because of his attitude.

Pros:
  • Only one in town
Cons:
  • Service dept
