Windshield Wiper Recall For 2010 Outback Review

I had a recall for my 2010 windshield wiper motor so I took it to Subaru of Glendale where I always go. I have been waiting 2 hours and my car was just parked and no one even started working on it. The person, Harry moronyan, kept telling me that they were working on it. He was lying through his teeth. I am still waiting.

I encouraged my elderly mother to buy a subaru. She's still physically and mentally capable of driving, but I wanted her to get a safe car, plus I knew people with great subaru experiences. I have a 2014 Subaru Forester 2.0xt Touring. Have complained since first winter 3 years ago that I can not get any heat from heater until I have gone down the road for 20 miles. I took it back first of Dec. 2017 and they finally told me I couldn't get any heat until the radiator fluids got up to heat.
