On 4th of July the company was running an online promotion of 30% flat discount. I placed an order, it didn't accept the order (God knows for what reason) and my credit card was showing a pending transaction with styles for less.
On my second attempt in the next few seconds it popped another message saying duplicate order. So, I was confirmed somehow the order got through and just to make sure there are no multiple orders I contacted them next morning through email. The customer care executive confirms that the order hadn't been placed and she blamed me for providing incorrect information. Now, my point is, if that was the case my credit card will never be charged.
During the conversation she also denied that it was a valid transaction by giving me some out of the world explanation whereas the same team confirmed that they will release the amount in next few business days. Now, as an alternate the executive provided me a couple of random discount codes which are basically applicable only on regular price items so in order to be able to use that I needed to buy may be stuffs for extra 50-60 dollars or more. I questioned those codes because it's not same as the one on Independence Day. I was okay with a 20% lesser discounts only with a similar nature but the codes were applicable only on regular priced items.
But the executive conveniently lied saying it's basically the same codes even on Independence Day there was no discount on promotional items. Had so little knowledge about their own site and promotions yet go beyond their ways to fool customers. Also, only I have asked for equivalent or similar promotions, that the representative rudely replied justifying their own stand blaming me for incorrect information led to the whole confusion and can't provide any discount.
I really didn't expect such rude gestures. According to me I totally deserved the same discount if lesser because I placed my order on that day and it was beyond my control to make sure that their system registers it.

Styles for less in redlands ca..the manager on duty named kris on her name tag lanyard had the worst customer service. She was so rude.
She didnt help when i asked if she could get an item down from the wall. She said it was low enough for me to grab.
The dressing room had a curtain so i let myself in and all of a sudden she is knocking at room and yelled that i was supposed to let her know i wanted to use the room to try on clothes so she demanded to know exactly how many items i had.i felt uncomfortable i just walked out .handed her the items and told her thank you. She told me she knows i was stealing because im black and if i come back again she will call the cops.

I ordered 7 items only received 1. I called them adapt and reported it and was told they had to do a investigation.
A week went by and haven't heard via email or phone. I call and they say in a very rude, we don't care attitude it's not our problem.
Also told I couldn't get my items or a refund. Sad and pathetic company with messed up "customer service".
Terrible customer service
I recently ordered an item from styles for less on line and the item was shipped to the wrong address. I called there"corporate office" and the lady that i spoke to was not rude but said she would investigate and then call me back three weeks has gone by and i still have not heard from anyone. so I called the office again and explained my situation and they pretty much told me there was nothing they could do and it wasnt there issue. so I asked for a refund and they refused to refund my money so i then askled to speak with a supervisor and the lady on the phone told me she was the supervisor so I asked for a higher up persons information so I could resolve my issue and she said there was no one else I could speak with about this. I find that very hard to believe.
Please if anyone has any contact info to a corporate employee that would really help let me know

"Not our problem!"
Supposedly, according to tracking numbers provided by Styles for Less, my package was delivered to address and left on my front porch on 2-19-2015 @ 10:04am by USPS. I know for a fact that mail never gets delivered that early to my house - which was surprising when I received my alert. I didn't get home until late that day, around 8:30pm. While I received my other mail, my package was nowhere to be found! Supposedly, my package was left on the front porch.
I contacted UPS but because my package was delivered by USPS - even though I was given a UPS tracking number - I would be unable to file a claim with them. I then contacted USPS to file a claim and was also unable to file a claim because "This Label (or Tracking) Number is not eligible for online claim filing." I then contacted Styles for Less asking what my next options were. They simply responded that one, I verify my address, then two, said that "Your package is currently stated as delivered, and is unfortunately ineligible for a claim to be filed due to the shipping method chosen at time of checkout. Unfortunately we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages." They don't want anything to do with me and refuse to do anything further because it was supposedly delivered!
I will never ever purchase again from them if that's the kind of "quality customer service" they have... by responding once and then ignoring the rest of your follow up messages.
Preferred solution: Full refund
