ABYSMAL SERVICE at STYLEDIVA.NET

I purchased a handbag on StyleDiva.net in February. The company promises satisfaction or full refund. The product was poorly made and I called for a return authorization(RMA). No reply. Called again. No reply. E mailed multiple times from February to April with no reply other than multiple copies of sales receipts they continued to send.(English skills appear to be absent at StyleDiva.net.) When I filed a complaint with my credit card company, StyleDiva.net magically produced a photocopy of an RMA they allege they had sent in April. I have copies of all emails received and that e mail is not in my inbox --although an e mail from me AFTER that date-- asking again for an RMA --is present. Their magically produced e mail caused my credit card company to deny the claim. The customer service this company gave me is ABYSMAL.

The StyleDiva retail concept brings an upmarket look and feel, together with well-trained knowledgeable staff and in store stylists providing customer advice. The StyleDiva pilot store was opened in Kerk Straat, Johannesburg on 8 July 2011, with the second store opened in Smal Street, Johannesurg on 23 September 2011. Afterwards the other locations appeared.
