Style Crest used every roadblock that they could conjure up to prevent me from getting a warranty replacement Revolv heat pump! The HP was delivered with a leaking coil, something that should have been detected during acceptance testing.
So, after it was installed, it ran for a couple of weeks before all of the refrigerant escaped and it quit working! It took almost a year to get a replacement unit!
User's recommendation: Don't buy a Revolv HP if you want reliability!

The Style Crest, Revolv heat pump that I ordered was delivered with a leak in the condenser coil. There was no damage to the carton and no visual damage to the unit housing that would indicate impact so it was apparently shipped from the factory in that condition!D
