Company makes it difficult to cancel subscription

My son subscribed to this service and canceled the service, but they still charged my account. I'm on the website trying to cancel this, and they make it very hard to cancel the subscription.
It doesn't let me delete my credit card, so I have to cancel my credit card so they don't keep charging my account every month.
This is ridiculous. What a terrible business!
