The study package was changed twice. One change was made to my credit card and another one to my PayPal account. Please, I really need to talk to someone.

It's says leave a message and someone will call you back right away. That is not true.

Wrong Billing Amount
I marked that I wanted to pay for the monthly fee of $60 to subscribe. My bank's fraud department contacted me and asked if I had authorized Study.com to charge me over $300.
I replied that I had not, and my debit card was deactivated. Now I can't pay for other subscriptions until I receive a new debit card. My subscriptions may be canceled if I can't pay them before the 3-5 business days it takes to receive my new debit card.
Study.com has caused me an unnecessary inconvenience that could have been avoided if they had charged me the correct amount. Also, I have contacted Study.com's customer service multiple times for the past two days, and I have not received a response.

My son decided to try your program because he was offered a trial period. In order to get the free trial, he had to use a credit card to show good faith.
I later checked my account, and my card was charged during this time. It said I would not be charged if I canceled before the promotion was up.

It is alright but hard to cancel subscription and hard to speak with a real person when having issues or concerns
Membership
I sent him a message about notifying asima who I finance the membership fee through so that I would not be charged for the next month but they are unresponsive. I should not be charged for a service I already canceled membership on within time. It would be nice if this was not an inconvenience to me
