Poor home loan work

Several years ago, I used them for refi. Everything was great and smooth. So when I needed a loan for a condo purchase, I decided to go back to them. THAT WAS MY FIRST MISTAKE. It was like I was working with a different company. I had to submit documents then resubmit the same info. The Rosenbloom brothers seemed to be capable of refi but home loans, forget it. Because of their poor handling and run around that we got, was enough for me to write this so no one else gets caught in this silly loop. It has been over a year, and I am still trying to collect my down payment of $5000 from the buyer in small claims court due to poor communication between this loan company and his preferred title company. I ended up with no loan and losing the condo. As they say, this is not my first RODEO. In fact, this was my fourth home purchase. Again, I have no problem with their refi dept. but their home loan dept. is something else. There is no way that I can recommend this dept. Save your time, money and sanity and try someplace else. I am serious. I think they got into to this business via refi and then tried home loans. In my book, they FAILED MISERABLY. My wife was going through major health problems at the time and this frustration did not help any. I think they need to seriously consider going back to NY because Midwestern wont put up with this. My next step will be to write letters to the radio stations in St. Louis that they advertise on and let them know this.
