Invalid charges
- - The company lied to take money and misrepresented move-in conditions.
- - Paperwork misplaced, leaving no move-in docs and move-out charges.
This company will lie to get every dime out of you that they can. They lied upon my move in - which I found out a year later, they "misplaced" my paperwork including a move-in form so I had no documentation of the conditions that I was later charged for upon move out.
The owner of StuartCo. is a horrible person and will not listen to a word you say before being just cruel. Do yourself a favor and NEVER have to deal with him.
It's just not worth it. I was warned and didn't listen and now I pay the price.
