I ordered strut cartridges for my car. I tried installing and the parts fit but just did not fit properly.
Rockauto wants to charge me return shipping even though I explained the problem.
This is not fair as I want to make sure I have the correct parts for safety reasons. I was able to get in touch with a customer servicerep on the phone and he was very rude.
