Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology.
A table purchased was ordered online l& delivered to my home. One extending leaf is not functioning.
Reported it to them & provided pictures & a video. I requested a replacement or a refund upon its return. They deny there is an issue with the table & have offered me a store credit.
I specifically require a glass extendable table which is no longer available. I have absolutely no use for a credit to purchase from a company with such poor customer service.

Verified Reviewer |Resolved: Worst business acumen I've encountered in my entire life and I'm almost 70!
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. ALL items (5) ordered online since early July, 2024 now delivered and in my home.
Delivery communication was impeccable. Not yet examined all items because some yet to be opened and assembled. I'm bedridden with a broken leg so waiting for help in that regard.
Pleased with the punctuality of receipt following numerous complaints. FYI, I was informed months ago that it's best to place online orders at a Structube showroom because the follow-through and response time is much more effective.
I see their operations as a sleazy vehicle operation to paying off THEIR debts (revolving lines of credit, rent, employee salaries etc.) and nothing less. I ordered merchandise mid-2024, paid in full while anticipating delivery in August as advertised which is the only reason I bought. Now, all pushed many times over and over to the end of October. No guaranteed delivery date offered the consumer.
I wrote, called and complained to them repeatedly. Boy are they dumb! Their business acumen is pathetic, no regard or accountability to the consumer whatsoever. They have little to no warehouse storage facilities and I view them now as online mail service rippint off the public as long as they can get away with it.
I resent 100% paying for anything without proof of goods promptly which is the way normal businesses operate. I tell everyone never to shop there. Garbage outfit promoting cheaply made furnishings with barely anything in savings on sales. Cheap low end furnishings they claim is made in and imported from China and/or India by ship.
To replace with purchases elsewhere for prompt delivery. Full refunds expected!

The quality of the sofa was not good at all, especially the quality of the fabric. The bed's quality was poor as well, it makes noise.
The mattress quality was also disappointing. Despite emphasizing to the seller that I have back problems and needed a good mattress, it was still unsatisfactory.
I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to express my concerns regarding the quality of the furniture and mattress I purchased from your company last year.( 11/10/23).
Unfortunately, despite initial expectations, I have not been satisfied with the performance and durability of these products.
The furniture and mattress have shown signs of wear and discomfort earlier than anticipated, which has been quite disappointing.
Given the reputation of your company, I had hoped for a better experience.
Could you please advise me on any steps we can take to address this issue? I would appreciate any assistance you can provide to help resolve the matter.

Customer Service Rep was very helpful. Took all my details and sent to their claims department. Same rep called a few days later and said they were issuing a full refund.

I purchased the king size Coastal bed less than 1 year ago and its the second time it breaks. Im currently sleeping on the floor because of it and want to return the bed.
Customer service is not helpful at all and are saying they shipped new parts when i asked for a refund.
I spent a lot of money on this bed to be sleeping on the floor. Completely unacceptable.

They're required by law to refund you if nothing's been delivered to you. Contact your local province's consumer protection agency if they refuse.
I ordered packages and wait already more than one month nobody refunded my money and nobody message me, I don’t know what to do, I type a complainer so many times, who knows their email cuts service where they really reply and solve a trouble?
