Took my deposit did not do repair
I gave Bert 80.00 for a deposit to repair my ice maker when the part arrived. He scheduled me for an appointment for 3 days and never showed up and never called.
He finally said he would return my deposit in an hour and did not show up.
Now he is saying it was a trip charge, a trip charge is 69.00 so why would I give him 80.00 toward repair. DD
Preferred solution: Full refund
