To edit my current order
On October 5 I placed and order for Anti-wrinkle SD advanced moisturizer. By mistake I placed my order twice.
CapitalOne questioned my order. I need to delete the second order for the same product. I tried sending an email and the response to my email was the programmer was in the learning stage and couldnt help. I called the 800 number at approximately 2:30 EST and the recording said the service was closed.
Please assist I deleting my second Oder for the same product. Thank you.

Not liking that I can’t Speak to an Agent .
I have no ideal when my Orders are coming. Making me feel very uncomfortable with no Respond since 7-22-23.
I thought Ordering from StriVectin direct would be good.
Normally I order from Macys! Hope to hear from StriVectin soon.

I haven't received my order
I have no way to contact them. There 800 number is not working, nobody answered and they are not sending you any text as promis on their line.
My card was charge, but no confirmation of my order and nothing received. I do not know what is going on with the item I ordered, when or if this will be delivered.

Directions are ambiguous
Directions that came with product are incorrect, they are for the wrong product, but most aggravating is that you can not speak to a human and explain your concerns, please do not go down this path of impersonal customer service, I will not purchase any future products from your company because of this poor customer service issue, I'm sure there are many others that feel this way but will not take the time to note it.

Nobody ever called me back. I've been using this product for more than few years, and I never had an issue like this year.
They don't pick up the phone, they don't reply to voicemail. I had a simple request and I couldn't get anybody to even reply to me.
They tell you to contact them through the text or Facebook and they say on the phone press number one, and when you do, it doesn't work... I like the producta lot, but do not like the service from the company.
Preferred solution: I just want somebody to call me and address the problem I had online with my credits that I could not apply and then they disappear.
