Strip House

Yesterday (6/29) I made a reservation for a table if 2 at 10pm (Confirmation #: 210999****). We arrived to the restaurant few minutes before the time of the reservation and attend the reserved table as scheduled.

Few minutes after we been sited the waiter gave us the menus and told us that we should harry up / rush with the order since the kitchen close at 10pm (the time of our reservation as confirmed by the restaurant).

We tried to understand why we should so harry up, but could get any reasonable answer or comment; at that point we really had the feeling that we are at a fast food place at a food court and not in a dissent restaurant that respects the customers and themselves.

We where very frustrating of this welcome and behavior and decided not to make any order and to leave the place.

I have visited in many restaurants around the world, and unfortunately As far as I remember I have never experienced such a indecent behavior in any other restaurant in any level. Its hard to believe that this is the experience in a restaurant that considered itself as one of the good restaurants in manhattan.
