Never Shipped dispute repeated communications/ No refund 30 days after they canceled the order

I ordered a shop curtain from them on 6/18/2018. Paid at time of order and was told 2 week lead time. Two weeks later when I emailed to ask for tracking number they said it hadn't been sent to production because they weren't sure what I wanted. (It is clearly stated in the comment section of the invoice they sent me on 6/19.) That conversation resulted in them giving me an eta of 7/4/18. On 7/9/18 I emailed requesting a tracking number only to be told it hadn't been produced yet. Unbelievable!!! I sent a firm email and asked them to ship it the next day or I would cancel my order and request a refund. The email I received back same day was confirmation of the canceled order. (They didn't try to do anything). I then requested a refund and was told it was under review on 7/24/2018. A week later I tried again and was sent to a new person who said they had my refund request and it was under review. Today 8/14/2018 I finally called and was told my refund was "UNDER REVIEW" Are they kidding? After threatening to do a charge back they put me on hold then came back on indicated it would be done today. If you like to give people money for nothing then fight to get it back this is the place for you.
