- Cancelled the trial the same day but was charged two weeks later.
- Refund denied after contacting support.
- They call themselves 'happiness' officers.
These guys are TERRIBLE! I did a trial, and I attempted to cancel my account the same day I started my trial.
I thought I was successful at it, but then apparently two weeks later I suddenly get a charge. I quickly cancel my account (again), and reach out to them to get a refund. They completely refuse to give me a refund! Seriously, they call themselves "happiness" officers.
That should be a red flag right there.
They are a disgusting company with horrible practices. DO NOT USE THEM UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES!!
