I order and pay for my order and Im on my own chasing the product down. Ive been gaslit every time Ive ordered a product about the process of their shipping policy and the customer service representatives are absolutely are only there to gaslight you. I am now on day 12 of what they consider day 8 of shipping. Fed ex has quit scanning where the package is. They wont admit they dont know where it is. I was told to educate myself on their policy and wait another 5 days. Im so livid. This was a gift I sent and its incredibly late. Possibly not ordering from here again. Being gaslit and told you are a valued customer via email but then told you need to educate yourself about shipping policy when you cant find your package or you need to pay for better shipping next time, is unbelievable. I wore stride rite as a kid, my kids wore stride rite, Ill buy different for my grandchildren. Im done.

Order is incorrect online

Im frustrated but pissed is a crude word that does not apply! If they dont get back to me I will be mad but Id like to give them a chance to respond! I just want to catch the misused before it ships and its just a matter of correcting the quantity! I still want the order. I think its absolutely ridiculous a company of their size has no way for their customers to contact them especially a week before Christmas and on a Saturday!!! Very frustrating and disappointing!!!

The webpage doesnt provide an option for tracking returns. Unless we make an effort to collect all paper and electronic trail, we cannot rely on the company to have records and hence, refunds are lost.

It was terrible online store . once the order went through they wont cancel and try to force to send your order. They will offer a fake tracking number, pretending they already shipped the package, but you won't be tracking your order for a few days. They said it will take 2 days for processing and 6-10 days to receive it. That means you cannot receive your package on time, and you cannot receive your refund after you receive the package then return to them. It's worse online store I ever shopped before. It should be 0 star only

Not Shipping - But they took the money

I ordered over the weekend. They took the money, have still not shipped and said they may ship tomorrow? I wanted to cancel the order and I wasn't able to do that either. Why can't I cancel if they haven't shipped!? Lousy customer service.. go with Amazon

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund. No one from Stride Rite reached out a manager from Merrell fully refunded my fee..

Purchased a pair of womans clogs ICE-4 from MERRELL [Parent company Stride Rite]. They were due to arrive 02 Oct, delayed until 06 Oct. Delivered to incorrect address due to incomplete shipping label. Opened the white bag, to a box with shoes in tissue paper.....Right shoe looks fine, left shoe the fur lining is all irregular, appears that it was chewed on by rats or someone used scissors on it. The suede is all raw the texture is worn off. Called Customer Service 06 Oct and was told no problem that will send out a replacement pair and issue a label for me to send the defective pair back. Called today 07 Oct, as I have no way to print the return label they sent me in e-mail and a young woman initially stated they usually do not take back defective shoes- donate them. After quite some time waiting [28 minutes] while she checked with someone....she advised me that once they received the defective shoes back at that time they would send my replacement.......ARE YOU SERIOUS! I can understand not processing a refund until they are received in the warehouse but to make me wait on a product that YOU SENT OUT DEFECTIVE, with an INCOMPLETE SHIPPING ADDRESS. I did nothing incorrect, all the issues lay solely with MERRELL

DoOrdered 2 shoes, supposed to be 5-8 days shipping. Over 3 weeks later 1 pair came, the other pair never arrived. Emailed stride rite twice with no response. Not taking calls at phone number. Completely useless.

ZERO STARS for customer service. I placed an order for 3 pairs of shoes and paid expedited shipping (2 to 4 days). It has now been 3 days and the order has yet to be shipped. I called to check on status, was hung up on. I called back again and was told there are 2 days for processing. I asked for the expedited shipping to be removed as they have not been shipped. I was told that is not possible. I spoke to a supervisor, and was told the same thing. I asked to cancel the order all together and was told that too was impossible. The lack of customer service is utterly mind-blowing. Absolutely no service and no solutions are offered. Only snooty comments and treatment of disregard and disdain. There were no apologies, nor any form of care from the employees or the supervisor. There are no stores in the state of Oklahoma, I would have to drive to the DFW location to purchase, which is not feasible. Quite simply, I just wanted to receive the shoes in the 2 to 4 days that I paid expedite shipping for, nothing more.
